Bound in contemporary sheep leather, new spine gilt, a delightful example of this first book on the Faroe Islands. The Earl of Macclesfield Copy with the bookplate of the Library at Shirburn Castle. Debes travelled to Copenhagen to defend the Islands and during his visit he acquired a bachelor degree and published the Danish edition in 1673.
