Extremely feint outline of "#1" and "53" near Marilyn Monroe's waving hand & two very tiny bluish spots near base of her pinky. Corners crisp, no creases, no bends, no spots/foxing, no wrinkles, and no discoloration. Still glows. Tightly attached. BACK COVER:Very minimal wear. Also tightly attached. SPINE: Minor fraying near bottom staple.Extremely slight separation at both ends of spine. Otherwise, very good. STAPLES: Both are bright and shiny. No rust or oxidation anywhere & no bleeding (of rust) onto any page. INSIDE: Excellent inside pages save a tiny (1/8th") chipped-off  piece at the bottom of page 41/42. Marilyn Monroe ("Sweetheart of the Month") picture is flawless, as are the rest of the interior pages. No torn or missing pages, of course. This is a beautiful first edition of PLAYBOY magazine, "VERY FINE", in magazine grading terminology.
