Description "The Spider Strikes"! Scarce first issue for this hero pulp. Sharp fine to very fine condition, with only very minor edge wear and some unobtrusive tape reinforcement to the back cover inside edges. Spine is solid, and bright purple (The first issue was the only one to have a purple spine, rather than the usual red spine one associates with this title), and there are no pieces out anywhere on the book. Paper is about average, with some tanning towards the edges, but no browning or brittleness. A very nice copy, and did we mention, IT`S RARE!!! At least this nice! Ha Ha!
