It is a 103 page recipe book put out by the Browerville Sportsmen's club in 1981.  There are MANY advertisers in the book and countless recipes from how to cook Rabbit, Skunk, Wolf, Fish, Deer, Elk, Caribou and many others.   Alot of these recipes disappear as folks pass away and the recipes are lost forever!  Some pages have cut out recipes glued on the pages.  I find it interesting to look at all the businesses that used to exist here in Browerville Minn.  Ads in here are from businesses that are LONG GONE unfortunately!  Lee State Bank, Lee State Insurance Agency, Lenny's Boats and Motel, Rich's Wholesale Grocery Store, Opp's Building Supply, Kahlert's oil,  Horseshoe Lake Farms, Horseshoe Lake Ballroom and Supper Club, Pine Cafe, Todd County Farm Supply, Browerville Bait and Tackle, Iten and Heid Hardware and Furniture, Century 21 Birdsell Realty and Wesley's Meat Processing.  Sadly, most of these businesses no longer exist.  This truely is a piece of small town history!  NOT LIABLE FOR UNINSURED ITEMS.
